Val Huculak

Val joined Johnsen Archer in 1989. Since that time, he successfully attained his professional designation and has become an integral part of the JA team. Val also holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, both from the University of Alberta.

As Audit Manager, Val puts his years of experience to work primarily with manager-owned businesses in such industries as construction and manufacturing--performing reviews and audits with a keen eye for detail. He also reviews our staff accountants' work and practices in the area of corporate taxation.

Val describes Johnsen Archer as "a very progressive and service-oriented public accounting firm, willing to do what it takes to meet the clients' needs. We offer clients continuity so they have one face they can feel comfortable with, one person working with them." Val's clients appreciate his focused, no-nonsense approach and his ability to listen to their needs.

Like all members of the Johnsen Archer team, Val is committed to lifelong learning. When not at work, he spends his time studying--new software, new trends in the profession, new ways to help his clients meet their goals.
