Manny Brar

Manny Brar joined Johnsen Archer LLP in 2010. He has a Diploma in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the B.C. Institute of Technology. He obtained his Certified General Accountant designation in 2012 and also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. He brings an extensive amount of client service and business experience to Johnsen Archer having worked in the banking and financial planning industries for several years prior to pursuing a career in public practice.

Since joining Johnsen Archer LLP, his professional experience includes focusing on private companies providing accounting, taxation, assurance, and business advisory services. He is a valuable member of the management team helping coordinate the training and development of staff, assisting with various processes and standards of the firm, as well as helping with external recruitment programs. In addition, Manny is also a Facilitator for the CPA Professional Education Program helping coach and mentor future CPA’s as they pursue their designation.

In his free time, Manny enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travelling, playing ball hockey, biking, and staying active as much as possible.
